Question:
Will I be able to get reconstructive surgery covered?

Hi, I looked at my health benefits guide and it said that cosmetic or reconstructive surgery whether or not it is psychological or emotional is not covered. Does this mean that if it is medically necessary they will cover it? I dont have records of a long problem, only since I have lost 14lbs. I am having back problems. What should I do?
