Can I see any therapist for pre certification for Oxford liberty insurance

Hello, I didn't have Oxford Liberty, but I did have Oxford Freedom Plan. I did have to see a Psych before hand and it was paid for by them. I was approved right away. That insurance was great. Good Luck!
