Question:
My Dr has his patients take B complex and it makes me vomit are there other choices?

I told him pre-op that I tried it and it made me gag is was there anything elese he said no it was the best. When I go for my followup Friday I will tell him I can't take it I have tried masking it in juice and things to no avail.    — Candace F. (posted on January 27, 2002)

See if you can find the B-Complex gel that you put in your nose......yes, in your nose. B-Complex works in a shot, under the tongue or in the nasal membranes.

There's a B-plex shot, as well. I take B12 by shot, but do tolerate the Twin Lab Stress B's very well.
