Question:
Has anyone on Medicare ever used Dr. Gomez?

I was recently denied the surgery after my Surgeon decided not to accept anymore Medicare patients. Six months was wasted and it was heartbreaking to say the least. I recently contacted Dr. Gomez and spoke with his assistant Sue. She was wonderful, but cannot say he'll acccept me. So if anyone is out there that used him on Medicare, I'd like to hear from you either here or via email...Thanks    — TerryS (posted on January 12, 2002)

Dr Gomez accepted me without a pre-approval. I do, however, have to sign something stating that I will pay for the surgery it my insurance won't pay. I think you have more of a chance with Dr Gomez then with any other Dr in this area. Good luck to you!
