Bile acid supplements

I am in the process of WLS - have my first appointment in three weeks. I understand the effects of rapid weight loss on the gallbladder - and that acid supplements may help. I really don't want anything removed spleen or gb - it's am emotional issue for me. Should I start taking these supplements now [2-3 months before surgery] ?    — Lynn W. Gallstones start when you are eating nearly NO fats. Right now if your like me your last suppering or at least eating a regular high fat diet. So Actigal wouldnt help at this time.
