Question:
Extreme Pure Pro samples from Vitalady
I ordered samples of the Extreme Pure Pro - grape and fruit punch - from Vitalady. My question is this... can someone tell me if there is just one serving in this sample bag? It sure seems like more... or if you have a full container, could you tell me about how much there is per serving in grams? I'd really appreciate it..thanks. — Monica H. (posted on November 19, 2001)

Each of the samples she sends are one serving. Tip on the Pure Pro --
don't blend it. And use more than 4 oz of water otherwise it's too strong.
Good luck and God bless!

Hiya Monica!
I love the Extreme Pure Pro, it's my personal fave. It has 26 grams of
protein per 1/3 cup which you mix up with 8 oz of water.

Like everyone else said it is just one serving. I like to mix mine with
crystal lite or koolaide or even diet lemoade. Tropical punch is my
favorite. I do mix it with 12 ounces instead of the eight to make it not so
thick. Absolutely dont mix it with a m ixer it cause it to get real foamy
and it is yucky then. Good Luck

There's one serving per bag, the protein g are on the label. As to the
weight of the powder in g, THAT I have to go check the label. But the
protein content is listed on the bag. We alwasy recommend the 4 oz water
to start and THEN adjust to taste. If you start with 12-16 oz of water
& it just tastes like dirty water, you have no place to adjust DOWN. I
prefer that one with about 7 oz of water, plenty of ice. Stirred is ideal,
but I have no patience with it! LOL! The amount of water, with or without
ice, is entirely up to your particular taste.
