All book stores have all kinds of 'count' books: protein, carbs, fats, etc.
Check Amazon.com; Barnes and Noble, etc.

Here goes - I'll probably miss a few but basically foods high in protein
include meats, milk and dairy products, soybeans and fish. I'm going to
discuss soy with my dietitian so I don't know this for sure, but I read
where soybeans contain about 40% protein, and meat sources about 20%. Tofu
is a good source of protein. It seems to be high in fat, but the softer the
tofu the less fat there is. There is about 6 grams of fat in a 4oz. serving
of tofu. But there is only 1 gram of saturated fat. There is 8mg. of Iron.
Oh! and eggs are high in protein too. So, what I have been doing is having
1 chicken breast half for lunch and the other half for dinner. That way I
get about 40 grams of protein from that. If I put alittle spagetti sauce
and a slice of low fat mozzerella cheese on it, and I have an egg with a
slice of low fat american cheese in it for breakfast. I'm getting about 60
grams of protein in. I'm going to try the tofu though. I read where
soybeans are very good for you. The only problem I have is alot of
vegitarian foods(like the morningstar farms)are high in soy protein, but
they have gluten in them and I don't know how our stomachs will do with
gluten. If anyone knows the answer to that one I'd like to know.
