Can anyone tell me about Dr Champion in Georgia?

I do not have any personal information on him but, there is going to be a documentary about him and two of his patients on the Discovery Health channel on November 1, 2001 at 8pm est.. The show is called Heavyweight Solutions. It also has other air dates check their website for more information hope this helps.

I can talk to you all day long about this exquisite, internationally-renowned surgeon, and just all-around wonderful human being ! My daughter, cousin, husband, and I have each had our lap RNY surgeries with Dr. Champion....no complications, no problems, no regrets...and would do this again in a heartbeat. I had a lap RNY with Dr. Champion on 11/16/99. After much research, I found him to be probably one of the most skilled lap surgeons in the country, certainly in the East. He is a superbly talented surgeon who enjoys helping people regain their health. I flew from NJ to Atlanta because I wanted the best. I have had no complications and will forever be greatful to Dr. Champion for saving my life. Good Luck, Sandy
