Question:
Can someone please give me a list of Dr's in Ky that accept Passport for the psych eval?

Hi! I've been approved for surgery with Dr. Shina also. After going thru the list of providers in my benefits booklet and calling about 10 of them with no luck I called Dr. Shina's office back and ask them if they could just throw out a few names of people I could call up to see if they accepted my insurance. The first one I called was Dr. Dave Harmon 502-896-8006. He's off of Dutchman's Lane and Dupont Circle. It's fairly easy to get an appointment with him. I don't know if he takes Passport but it's worth a shot. Good luck!!

Hi, I called the Dr's office and found out that you can get a independant Psyhc Eval. and pay for it yourself for only $40.00
