Question:
Weird little diet trick..

I am on a pre-op diet and I thought up a neat little diet trick. IF you have cravings for something that is not a part of the diet, like candy, high calorie etc. take a rubber band and put it around your wrist and when you crave it snap it against your skin. Thanks, Heather. I'm gonna try that. Does it matter where exactly you snap the rubber band? On the inside of your wrist or on the outside?

Well, it hurts more when you snap it on the inside, so I guess the inside would be the best spot.

A nutritionist taught me that little trick thiry years ago when I went on my first serious diet.....I was about 15. Obviously, it didn't work very well....
