Question:
Is there only one cpt code for the ds?

I really want to have the DS. My insurance approved me for the sleeve portion (restrictive only) of the operation. They are telling me to have the whole procedure that it is in two codes. They pay 100% of one code but will then only cover 50% of the other code. I thought there was only one code. Can anyone clarify this for me? Thanks in advance. You all are a God send. You can get this info from the surgeon's office. They bill the insurers; so, they'll have the codes.
