Question:
Coral Calcium

I've done some extensive reading about Coral Calcium by Dr. Barefoot This calcium is fron Okinawaa and comes from coral and is suppose to be the best on the marhet It is even suppose to be better than calcium citrate. Has anyone else inquired about this calcium? I'm taking this calcium and I wonder if I should take Calcium Citrate also.    — Janet S. (posted on August 5, 2002)

I recevied that book and samples in the mail, too. I'm not switching, nor am I adding it to my regimen. I'm stickin' with cal citrate. I'd surely meet your daily requirement in cal citrate and use anything else as an "adder". The risk is WAY too high.
