HI Faith, sorry that you feel like your loosing it. Dont worry about tests
just keep doing what ever you are supossed to do , one day at a time. If
you have times that you feel like you are failing just remember that what
you feel isnt allways a fact. God Bless You Dian

Oh, my gosh, I'm so sorry! Some people come out of the RNY with flying
colors and others have serious complications like you did. The percentages
of those who have serious complications are small, but it is a risk that we
all know about going in. At this point, I agree with the other poster who
said one day at a time. That's so important. The first 12 weeks after my
surgery, I would throw up 8-20 times a day. I HATED my body and I HATED
the surgery. Now, one year post-op, I can honestly say having the surgery
was the best thing I ever did for myself. I went from 407 lbs. to 240 lbs.
(so far!). I'm still consistently losing 5-7 lbs. a month. This surgery
isn't a panacea to solve all our problems, but it can sure help. Sorry
you've had such a tough time of it, Faith. Forgive the pun ... but keep
the faith!
