PA Aetna - Office notes requirment

I live in Pennsylvania. I have letters from my doctors attesting to the fact that I have tried losing weight under physician supervision for at least six months etc.- but they want OFFICE NOTES, not a letter. My doctor didn't keep office notes specifically on this, but can confirm that we discussed it and worked together on it. They want 2 years of office notes showing 6 months of supervised dieting. Well, she is the only doctor I have seen for more than a year. Has anyone beaten this requirement- I think it's a new one.Thanks! Kris email: [email protected]    — Kris I.
