What could be the cause of pain that is under my left breast?

For the last 2 days I have had a stabbing pain under my left breast. It radiates to the center of my back. Before my surgery I did have a gallbladder ultrasound. My Dr did not remove my gallbladder and I was wondering what the symptons were of a gallbladder attack?
