What should I consider having done? Adominoplasty or Tummy Tuck?

I am to the point that I'm going to need some type of work done on my stomach. I've lost 112lbs. and have 35 more pounds to go. My concern is that I haven't yet had childern. And do plan on having 1 or 2. But I'm single so I really would like to get something done to my stomach. Theres a lot of extra skin a stuff. So does anyone know which might be best for now? Can you have maybe a tummy tuck done now, and after kids go back and have the Adominoplasty thing done? I havent seen a surgeon yet, but wanted to get your guys opinion & thoughts.
