Why am i getting dizzy spells and blacking out

hello i had my surgery july 31,2001 i have lost 195 pounds..but latly my big concern is im blacking out whenever i stand up..is anyone else having this problem it is becomming a handicap for me..im eating enough food and drinking alot of fluids..is this because of my surgery or could it be somthing else..so i thought i would see if im not the only one....please email me i need your input friends
