Getting around the exclusion @ Bank of Texas, Bank of Oklahoma, Bank of Albaquerque.

Does anynone work for or know of some one that works for Bank of Texas, Bank of Albaquerque, or Bank of Oklahoma that has had WLS covered through insurance please respond. I would like to know how you got approved and around the exclusion in the policy. Thank you I will greatly appreciate any info.
