Looking for a Doctor in the Buffalo, NY area

The closest place is Rochester, and both surgeons listed here do it open. I've looked into Chicago, Detroit, Syracuse, etc... all open. Does anyone know of ANY surgeons in the Western NY area? Please help!!!
