An RN at my insurance company just called - got any ideas what they are going to ask
I called and told them not to purchase my cpap machine because it didn't work. Said my doctor is going to prescribe a bipap. That was last week. I also sent in a packet of info. to my employer about WLS. Now, I get a message on my machine from an RN at United Healthcare of Ohio saying that she wants to talk to me about assessing my needs. I think it's pretty self explanitory what I need but obviously they don't agree, or are they changing thier minds. Anyone got any ideas?
