My employer wants to know how much WLS costs.....

And I have been unable to find that information anywhere. Can someone tell me where to find it or Can I get several people to answer back with what type of procedure they have had, who the doctor was (if you don't want to put that it's okay) and how much there total bill was with hospital, surgeon, and anesthia? I am looking at either RNY distal or Deuodenal Switch. Thank you
