What is the correct and full name for a roux-en-y

My insurance company called it a Roux-en-y Gastrojejunostomy. I thought that the jejunal bypass was illegal so are they just throwing that in there so that they can say it is a part of my exclusion since they don't specifically say Roux-en-y.
