I'm never hungry, how will I ever get enough food and water ?

I feel that a bird eats more than I do. I'm never hungry and even though I keep water by my side all day, I can never finish it. I'm afraid that I'm not getting enough of whatI need to stay healthy. I've lost 40lbs.
