Has any one had elevated liver enzymes and did it effect your surgery ?

I had some preop blood test and one came back saying thatI had elevated liver enzymes,that dr. wasn't to concerned but i am feeling a little upset by it and was wondering if anyone else had had this problem and what was the possible cause?
