Lump In Stomach

I am 1 year post op with no problems until now. I have what feels like an egg above my belly button to the right. I it more apparent after I eat and most of the time goes away completely. When it is visible, you can press on it and actually here noises (perhaps air). It is tender but not sore. I first thought hernia but it goes away. Has anyone experienced this?
