Are there any hourly employees of Kellogg company?

Are there any hourly employees of Kellogg company- You know the cereal makers. who have been approved for WLS. Or someone who knows how to find out if the kellogg company insurance covers WLS. They have several different plans I am just hoping someone can tell me which one to go with.
