Need Seattle Psych Evaluation

I need to find a specialist I can get a psych evaluation from in the Seattle downtown area or else close enough to reach by bus. Dr. Weber uses Dr. Hays who is in Lynnwood. This is too far away for me to reach by bus. I'm trying to coordinate the evaluations for Dr. Emma Patterson in Portland. She usually uses specialists down there. I'm on disability and cannot afford repeated train fare back & forth to Portland, but I also cannot afford cab fare to Lynnwood. Requirements are: 1. As close to downtown Seattle as possible. 2. Previous experience working with WLS patients. Thanks all!
