Is it possible to lose more weight after a year?

I had open RNY 2/6/00, I was extremely ill until July although I was steadily losing weight. I have lost a total of 110 pounds, but since September I have not lost more than 5 pounds. I am still learning to eat correctly, I am exercising by swimming 3X a week for an hour each time, as well as doing what walking I can (legs are still very weak, can't hardly walk up stairs), and I am working with light weights. I take my protein but not as regularly as I should and I still don't like water. I am trying to increase the water, doing about 32 ounces a day, eating mostly lean turkey. Surgeon says no meat other than chicken, fish and turkey until one year out (now 11 months). I throw up chicken, don't like fish and turkey is getting OLD. I cheated and ate a little meatloaf the other night and it went down fine, also ate half a potted meat sandwich yesterday. Frankly, I feel better after eating that little bit of meat. Has ANYONE been able to "jumpstart" their weight loss to continue to lose weight after this length of time? I still have about 50-75 pounds to get down to close to ideal. I can live with what is off now but would like very much to lose the rest. Any ideas out there from anyone else who has experienced this?
