Also curious on having a baby after surgury

I have a friend who had the surgery, but the tummy tuck is what is disabling her from having a baby. Something about scar tissue attaching to something that needs to expand for childbirth... not sure what. Has anyone had the surgery and not been able to have a baby, or has anyone had a baby after surgery? I am 26 and am terrified to have the surgery for this reason.
