Does anyone Regret having this surgery (HONESTLY)!

Everyone sounds happy but if the chance was available to go back would anyone not have the surgery. I scheduled to meet with the doctor and I am so afraid that once it is over I will feel like I made a mistake.... Or be seriously ill
