I Want to hear from fairly new post ops who have experienced plateaus
I would like to hear from others who,not too far out, have experienced plateaus. I would like some ideas. I am 6 weeks post op (lap procedure), 34 pounds down, I walk 40 minutes each day, eat between 750-850 calories each day(mostly proteins), and drink my water like a good girl. I am already on my second plateau ( for two weeks now). I need some ideas that have worked for others.
