Ins. Plan excludes WLS - Want to buy plan on own in place

My insurance plan excludes any kind of weight loss treatment. The plan cannot be upgraded. I want to find an insurance company I can but a policy from that will cover it - at least 80/20. My BMI is 59.1 and if I don't figure something out quick, this weight is going to kill me. I've been at this insurance approval thing for 6 months now. Please HELP!!!
