Has anyone out of state ever used Dr.Yasrebi in Jacksonville FL?

I live in Oklahoma now but am from Jacksonville and that is where all of my family lives. I am interested in using Dr.Yasrebi but because of his aftercare program I don't know if he would do my surgery. I can stay in Florida for only 3 weeks for the Surgery...Does anyone know if he will do it. I do not have a PCP in Oklahoma who could monitor me!
