Is there a certain caloric level postops should try to stay under?
I keep hearing from my dr. and nutritionist that I'll know when I've had enough, but I'm 2.5 months postop and I seem to be able to eat most anything without vomiting. I find my caloric level typically stays bout 800 calories daily; I'm losing weight (50 pounds so far), but slowly. (I do exercise daily and drink LOTS of water.) Should I drop my calorie level to try and burn more fat? (I do seem to be more hungry lately than at first.) Thanks for helping me figure this out---each of you is terrific!
