How do people find my support page so they can sign it

Im now having my surgery in 14 day's and have had a few people sign my support page and thank you to them, But Id like to know how people find out im having surgery so that they can give me words of advise and support and pray for a fast easy recovery. I feel a liitle scared and alone lately. thank you, Melinda
