What are my options if the type of job I have is...
a sedentary desk job? I'm sure by now you all know me. I had my surgery September 3, 2002 in Atlanta (Dunwoody), Georgia. I've noticed more and more, that my 'derriere' has spread since my job requires that I sit most of the time answering phones as sort of a customer service representative. I get 2-15 minute breaks, and a 30-minute lunch time. From what I remember in my beginning stages, I was told to eat slow, chewing my food until it's mush. Well, by the time I get my food, it's time to go back to work--otherwise, I'd grab me a *quick bite* because we're usually pressed for time, and go walking, but I have no choice sometimes. I can't eat fast anymore or I'll pay for it...it hurts. How can I get a good work-out in a situation like this? What do some of the rest of you all do? Oh, and thanks for your responses. ~~Hadiyah, a.k.a.
