Has anyone had a revision??

I am three years post op this weekend. I am gaining weight and scared. I was the one who helped several people get the courage to have the bypass and now I am the one who has failed. Although I am not the weight I was pre surgury. I am creeping up that hill. Any help or suggestions on revisions??
