I had Hernia Repair in Oct.2004

I had a Hernia repair In Oct 2004, well just found out I have another one on the other side which is no biggy it isnt bothering me, so in no rush for that. But the Hernia I did have repaired is bothering me, I feel no lump thank-god but can I be adjatating it, I have this off and on burning pain, nothing that isnt bareable, but it comes and goes, I do, do lifting at work but have been really careful on what Iam lifting. the problem is the hernia that I had repaired is bothering me, and also I did not have Mesh done on my hernia. allanswers would be GREATLY appreciated.
