Has anyone tried

I am almost two years out and the weight loss has stopped. I have lost 140 and gained probably 10 lbs. I am getting back on track! My co workers and I have started protein and lo-carb. It is going great. We tried "Walk the pounds off" today and it was wonderful. We did it at lunch time. 30 minutes and walked 2 miles! WoW! I am really pumped! Having my co-workers on this with me has been great! I want to lose about 30 more pds and with their support I can see it! Love to All and Good Luck!
