Can calcium citrate be taken with Centrum multi-vite? Nexium or antibiotic with vites

Each day I take 2 multi's, 4 cal citrate, 1 Nexium and right now I'm taking 1 antibiotic a day for a cold. What can be taken together and still absorbed well? I get b-12 by injection monthly and I'm getting set up for IV iron since the pills have done nothing in 8 months to bring up my levels. I should be starting the IV iron sometime in the next 6 weeks. Thanks for the advice :)
