Does Dr. Aguirre gives direction to PCP on the follow up after surgery?

I am going to Dr.Aguirrre and my surgery schedule for April 9, 2004. Does Dr. Aguirre gives direction to PCP on the follow up after surgery? I have PCP she is wonderful but she never took care of a patient after WLS but if I let her know what she has to do she will help me. Thank you .
