If you had it to do all over again...
what would you do differently? I have three months until my surgery and from what I read my feelings of depression and anxiety are normal. So...in order to turn this negative energy into something positive please share with me what are the best ways to prepare (ie. lose a few pounds, last meals, excercise, get used to eating protein first now, etc.) and things you wish you had done differently both pre-op and early post-op. The beauty of this website is the ability to learn from others mistakes as well as successes. Thank you so much. Theresa
