Seeking Those Approved AFTER APPEAL By Cigna

I was just denied by Cigna and starting an appeal. Anyone have a good letter to use or any advice? I just started going to my pcp for weekly weigh in and document it in my chart along with a diet plan. Will Cigna then approve it or say sorry you 're losing weight and we won't pay.
