What all does a breast augmentation involve? How is it done?

I had WLS (LAP RNY)in September 2002, and even though I'm not quite ready for plastics, I'm wondering about breast augmentation and lift. Will the "twins" look 'straight ahead' instead of down low (sagging)? I have a variety of questions and wanted to know exactly how the procedure is done, are the results pretty much immediate?
