Has anyone felt Pinching in the heart area after surgery?

I am two weeks post op and I feel unusual things in my heart area. It feels like a constant pinch. My job is low key but I have some serious deadlines I am trying to meet. I felt these pains 2 weeks before surgery but never said anything and the doctor told me my blood pressure was in flux during the surgery. I have never been diagnoised with High Blood Pressure but then again I feel comfortable at the doctors office. I think I was on the verge of having heart problems and got the surgery just in time. Or could it be something else. I feel the pinching at work and sometimes at home. I never felt these pains before this last 30 days. What do you think?
