What's wrong with me? my hands and feet are cold

are cold that it means I anemic??? I've never been anemic other than when I was pregnant and there is most certainly NO WAY I'm pregnant now. I sometimes sleep in my gloves and lately, even when it's hot, I sleep in winter socks because my feet are so ccccoold. What's wrong with me? HELP!!
