Does anyone have any suggestions on an exercise plan?
I live in a small town. Hickville. There is no gym. I have been doing some excerising in my house but don't really know what to do. Walking is pretty hard on my knees and feet. I have been doing some water exercises, but again I really don't know what I should be doing. I am just trying to get my heart rate up for about 30 minutes, but I want something to follow. I have lost 46 pds in 2 months. Is this good? Thanks!
