Will a plastic surgeon combine procedures if tummy tuck or panni covered by insurance

I've heard some people say that when it's time for the tummy tuck they get an approval for the panni or tummy tuck and the plastic surgeon ask them to tell what else do they want done at the same time. I'm not there yet but when I do get there, I would live to have a total lower body lift in addition to any fat at the top part of my abdomen that needs to be removed to be implanted into my breasts or pushed up into my breasts or whatever it is that they do. Anyone have this done?
