I hope this isn't a dumb question, but will we keep losing even

if we're not trying to or want to stop? Doesn't the body have a way of "signaling" to us somehow that we will not lose any more? I'm hearing so much from some co-workers about malnutrition. I'm 5'2" and weigh 165, down-104 now...if I look thin to folks now, I guess I'll REALLY look like malnutrition once I reach the goal my surgeon has set, huh?
