Stomach pain at 5 1/2 months post op

Today I have had what feels like an awful gnawing sensation in my stomach (up in the upper region of my torso, where I believe my "new" stomach pain would be located). If I didn't know better, I'd say that it's a "knot" due to stress, but I'm not stressed out. If this persists, I'll definitely be calling my doctor but thought I might touch base with you guys to see if anyone has had similar pain. I have not had any complications and have been pain free for months. The only thing that I think it might be is that because of work requirements, I haven't been drinking as much today and wonder if dehydration might cause this sensation (?). I'm drinking water as I type, hoping that if this is the case, I'll alleviate it by hydrating! Thanks.
